All services will be performed on site at the Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas. Request for Quote packages will be available on or about April 29, 1998, with an anticipated receipt of quotes on or about June 3, 1998. All requests must be in writing and addressed to the individual listed above. The contract performance period shall consist of one 12-month base year with four 12-month option years for renewal. It is estimated that a total of one hundred ninety two (192) sessions of a three and one half (3.5) hour duration, four (4) sessions per week, will be required.
