Transient Aircraft Services, Hickam Air Force Base, Oahu, Hawaii.The contractor shall perform transient alert management control,arrival services,towing and minor aircraft maintenance and servicing processing services,and departure services. When applicable, the contractor shall perform specific tasks within specific time frames established to meet transient aircraft arrival,processing and departure schedules. When the number of aircraft requiring service precludes the servicing at the same time, the contractor shall perform servicing at priority established by the maintenance operations center. The contract will be for a basic year and four option years beginning 01 Oct 98. This solicitation should be available for viewing and download on the internet on or about 22 April 98.
