pump tanks, blast and preserve pontoons, sandblast and paint
structure, weld repairs, installation of new plate, ultrasonic testing
drydock and undock, install zincs. Approximate dimensions and weight
60'x60' square, 6 each departmentalized pontoons, pontoons 3' diameter,
approx 136 tons. Two periods of performance: Camel # 4 6/29/98-7/31/98
Camel #2 8/3/98-9/4/98. Sources who currently hold or are qualified
for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair/master Ship
Repair Agreement DFAR (217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which
shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an
Agreement for Boat Repair/Master ship Repair Agreement are ineligible
for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an
assessment of their MSR application to execute the ABR/MSRA without
