price commercial simplified acquisition to inspect four air
entrainment system ducts at each of three missile alert facilities --
The Contractor will use Government furnished robotic inspection
equipment and procedures -- The period of performance for inspection
and documentation will not exceed 45 days for each site -- The
requirement is for one basic year and two one-year options -- Provide
personnel with the following qualifications -- All personnel shall have
working knowledge of at least 2 years of the ICBM Wings 3, 5, and 7
configuration, specifically, the AES and the environmental control
system (ECS) -- Trained and certified to use full face breathing
apparatus -- Knowledge in use of reading ultrasonic metal thickness
testing equipment that uses the Sonix test software -- Trained for work
in confined spaces -- Trained for confined space emergency rescue --
Provide test information in format that will be described by testmethod
in CDRL -- Provide wired communication equipment approved to be used at
a MAF during testing -- Communication equipment shall be designed to be
used with full face respirator equipment -- Miscellaneous tools,
ladders, and other equipment necessary to work on the Minuteman AES and
ECS systems -- Provide a breathable air system capable of supporting at
least 4 people -- Provide an emergency breathable air system capable of
supporting at least 4 people and easily coupled instantly into the main
support system -- Provide a backup breathable air source capable of
supporting at least 4 people and easily coupled instantly into the main
support system -- Approved lighting system for personnel inside blast
valve ductwork -- Request capability literature applicable to the
services required -- Reply required by no later than 10 April 1998 --
