C -- A/E CHILLER PLANT EXPANSION SOL RFP 580-26-98 DUE 041798 POC Contracting Officer, Guy Barnette, (713) 794-7421 Provide professional A/E or MEP services for the design, construction estimate, and complete bid requirements to expand the chiller plant's capacity with the installation of a 2000 ton chiller, cooling tower, and all associated pumps, valves, piping, and related hardware. The expansion of the existing building shall be required with in addition to existing 480V motor control center and 4160V transformers. All work is to be performed at the VA Medical Center, Houston, Texas. Firms experienced in this area of expertise are invited to submit a completed SF 254 and SF 255 to the attention of the Contracting Officer, Guy Barnette with reference to RFP 580-26-98, at the following location: VA Medical Center #580, 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77030.
