Archr, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 This effort will include but not be limited to developing a test and evaluation plan to manage the Year 2000 (Y2k) compliance of the Open Skies Management and Planning System, contract number DNA001-92-C-0029. Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of TOP SECRET -- WNINTEL and SCI. Contemplated period of performance is 3 months with a projected start date of 0 May 98. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) plans to award this additional work to the current contractor, Northrop-Grumman Corporation, B-2 Division, 8900 East Washington Blvd., Pico Rivera, CA 90660-3737.
