This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Cold weather start capability: minimum 120 volt, 1500 wattexternal engine block heater; thermostatically controlled; 3). 2-person cab, fully enclosed, metal, heated & air conditioned; windshield wiper fore & aft; headlights and rear floodlights; left & right exterior rear-view mirrors; 4) Fuel tank 40 gallon minimum; 5) Minimum track width 40" producing maximum ground pressure of 0.8 psi or less; deck or guard covers track; 6). 540 rpm power take-off with 3-point hitch; 7) vehicle width 12' maximum (10' preferred); length 25' maximum (shorter preferred); 8). Hydrostatic drive; 9) Speed: Land -- 10 mph minimum; Water -- 5 mph minimum; 10).
