U -- INVESTMENT IN EXCELLENCE PROGRAM SOL 240/0118Z/98 DUE 040198 POC Roberta Jo Law, (202) 231-2151 The Virginia Contracting Activity of the Defense Intelligence Agency intends to issue a commercial sole source award to The Pacific Institute of Seattle, Washington for the Investment in Excellence (IIE) Program. The Investment in Excellence Program is a proprietary education program developed and owned by The Pacific Institute (TPI). The Pacific Institute will provide instruction and material to prepare a selected number of DIA employees to present and facilitate the IIE Program, who will in turn train additional DIA personnel. The training will take place at the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC), Building 6000, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, DC. Period of performance for the contract is twelve months from date of award, with award anticipated on or before 01 April 1998. (0084)
