The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services required include change of occupancy maintenance/custodial services, grounds maintenance, pest control/fumigation and various minor construction repairs to structures. Offerors are required to provided the necessary management to schedule and monitor services ranging from routine change of occupancy maintenance to after hours' emergency trouble calls. The services to be provided are subject to the Services Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act wage rates. This solicitation will be available on or about May 1, 1998.
