We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Red, White, & Blue Golf Tournament at Elmendorf Air Force Base to be held on 4 July 1998. The event will be open to all base personnel and the civilian community. We average approximately 32,000 rounds of golf for our season. we average 150 tournaments at our course. We are seeking sponsorship/donations in the following forms. Door prizes: airline tickets, trips, outings, fishing excursions. Services from different types of businesses: gift certificates($5 to $500), golf bags, golf equipment, as well as cash donations. We are seeking hole-in-one sponsors, tee prize gifts: golf balls, divot repair tools, tees, towels, ect. We are seeking beverage donations for approximately 420 participants. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. More than one sponsor/donation will be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than 19 June 1998.
