Kosin, 360-476-7772 Perform a Class B repair of eight (8) each 4" flanged, Level 1, Flow Control Valves, Leslie Valve class nos: CONS-1 1CAS-V7; 1CAS-V30; 3CAS-V4; 3CAS-V7; 4CAS-V4; 4CAS-V7; 4CASS-V30; and 4CAB-V2. Repair to consist of complete disassembly and inspection of valves, chemically and mechanically cleaning of all parts, reassemble using genuine Leslie standard replacement parts, proper operational testing in accordance with Leslie test procedure and issuance of a manufacturer's warranty equivalent to a new product. Vendor shall meet requirements of NAVSEA 0948-LP-045-7010 for repair and replacement of Level 1 parts. To be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with Leslie Valve Co or authorized service center (for San Diego CA area) for the repair of Leslie valves and controls as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Contractor must have an approved MIL-I-45208A inspection system in place before award to be considered for an award. Valves will be delivered to therepair facility by 2 November 1998 and will be returned to the Navy on or before 18 December 1998. Inspection/Acceptance will be at contractor's plant by DCMC.
