Gonzales (520) 328-6847 (Site Code DAAD01) USAYPG intends to negotiate on an other than full and open completion basis with Houston International, LTD, 655 E. 20TH St, Yuma Arizona to contract for film processing services. Facility Clearance of Secret is required. Services include processing and printing a variety of motion picture film, i.e. colo and black and white, 16mm, 35mm, 70mm, and other unusual motion picture film. Film to be packed up, processed and returned to USAYPG by Contractor within four(4) hour, eight(8) hour or twenty-four(24) hour turn- around time (to include overnight and weekend service). This acquisition is being sought on a sole source basis as turn-around time of motion film processing is essential. Responsible sources may identify their ability to meet the requirement by submitting a written proposal within 45 days of the date of this publication. The proposals must address technical capability, cost, level of Secret facility clearance and responsive turn-around time capability.
