The following is a partial list of specifications: Type: Single Channel; Included Features: Integral Heaters; Connector type: 19-09-2031; Mounting Facility: Through holes; Mounting screw diameter: 0.281; Drive Voltage Requirements +28 VDC Max; Drive Current Requirements: 2.5 AMPS; Rotational speed: 130 RPM Max. The contractor will submit a test report documenting the outcome of the rotator burn-in test which will be performed in accordance with the rotator burn-in set-up 170905. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required 1 October 98, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance of the unit(s) shall be performed at destination. The solicitation will be evaluated on the following factors: Technical specification compliance, delivery schedule, past performance and price. Technical specification compliance, delivery schedule and past performance are equal, and when taken together are significantly more important than price. The contractor shall provide past performance for same/similar products/specifications with other Government Agencies, public or local Government for the past three years.
