The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for modification to the third floor of Building number 69 at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, and material to remove suspended ceiling, light fixtures, fan coil units, shelves, cabinets, metal partitions, and terr-cotta block; provide new drywall partitions, doors and frames, suspended ceilings, light fixtures, fan coil units, carpet, cove base, painting, and all incidental work. The period of performance of this contract will be from Date of Contract Award through 75 days. A written solicitation will be issued. Award is anticipated to be made in May 1998.
