NOAA requires a minimum 65-foot fishing vessel and a minimum 3-person crew to operate the fishing vessel. Purpose of charter is to conduct mid-water to near-surface trawl survey of juvenile salmonids. Charter duration will be for 10 days in spring (May-June) and 10 days in fall (September 1998) for a total of 20 days. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
