The Dahlgren Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center is awarding on a sole source basis a contract to Quality Systems and Software Inc. (QSS) for software maintenance for sixty-three (63) licenses of Doors Unix software for the period of nine months. These licenses are proprietary to QSS. This is a renewal of software maintenance on these licenses that was procured last year. This software maintenance includes telephone support (unlimited) and updates. QSS is the only source for providing maintenance on their QSS software licenses. Requirement must be Year 2000 compliant and written documentation addressing this issue must be provided with the quote. All responsible sources shall provide manufacturer's specifications with their fax quote which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center. The Government shall not issue a written quote as all requirements are called out in this CBD announcement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
