The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, materials, and constructing, installing and performing all work in constructing a building addition to Building 1015, Petroleum Operations Facility, replace roof for Building 1014, Pumphouse, and perform demolition to Building 1013, Fuels Facilty Building. The work includes but is not limited to the removal of cement asbestos siding shingles and resilient floor coverings and mastic that may contain asbestos fibers. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A pre-award site visit will be required before accepting any quotations. Requests for quotation package may be made by letter or fax (940-676-3784). Telephone requests will not be considered. Estimated mailing date of request for quotation: 1 April 1998. Quotations due NLT 30 April 1998 by 1630 hours. Requests for quotations will be issued for full and open competition. Availability of this request for quotation is limited to one copy per requestor.
