A paper copy of the RFP will not be made available unless the prospective offeror has no access to the internet and requests a copy in writing stating they do not possess the capability. The Technical Library will be open on the date of solicitation release and will contain a copy of the current contract with all modifications and a copy of the List of Government Furnished Property/Equipment.
