GPS surveys will not be allowed. Must be a professional, licensed surveyor registered in the State of Maryland. Your SF-254 and 255 should be submitted to this office no later than April 15, 1998. Counties where the work will be performed include: Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's, Wicomico Somerset and Worcester. Work will be ordered on an "as needed" basis beginning approximately May 15, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with an option on the part of the government to renew for one additional one-year period.
