The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), has a requirement to purchase a Photon Technology, Inc. Model C-44 Delta Scan Dual Emisson Ratio Fluomometer for Cell Populations and Single Cell Microscope Photometry and/or equivelant, accessories and delivery and installation on a sole source basis from Photon Technology International, Inc., 1 Deerpark Drive, Suite F, Monmouth Junction, NJ, 08852. Detailed specifications of the requested equipment is included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Package. The NIDDK also requires a copy of the vendor's commercial price list and descriptive literature for the above items. All applications must be within the Simplified Acquisition threshold of $100,000. It is anticapated that the RFQ Package will be available 15 (fifteen) days after the release of the synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due 10(ten) days after the release of the RFQ package.
