Project support services provide capabilities to study facility problems, do assessments, recommend solutions, and to perform the required work.They have the capabilities to assess planned, ongoing or completed work to enable the activity to obtain cost effective, high quality, and on schedule services. Actual physical repair and construction services are not part of this requirement. This will be an indefinite-delivery type contract. This procurement is unrestricted. Period of performance will be 01 October 98 thru 30 September 99, with two one-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10 May 98. Offers will be due on or about 10 Jun 98.
