Reppert, Contract Specialist, 215-897-7644 The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (CDNSWC), Philadelphia intends to negotiate a sole source, cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with CAE Electronics for engineering and technical support for the Standard Monitoring and Control System (SMCS), Damage Control System (DCS) and all related subsystems to both, during the pre-deployment, deployment and post-deployment periods of the USS YORKTOWN (CG-48). CAE Electronics has developed the hardware and software of these systems with proprietary rights to the equipment drawings and source code.
