(3) Remove and Reinstall Propeller, (4) Preserve the Transducer Hull
Rings and Renew the Depth Indicating Transducers, (5) Modify Radar
Pedestal Foundation (AN/SPS-64 X Band), (6) Overhaul, Renew and Test
Valves, (7) Clean and Inspect Diesel Fuel Tanks, (8) Disassemble,
Inspect and Repair the Schottel Drive, (9) Inspect, Overhaul, Test
Weight Handling Equipment, (10) Overhaul Anchor Windlass Assembly, (11)
Overhaul and Test Sea Ark Davit, (12) Annual Inspection of Liferafts
and Hydrostatic Releases, (13) Pad Eye Installation, (14) Preserve
Bilges, (15) Preserve Exterior Decks, (16) Preserve Buoy Deck, (17)
Preserve Underwater Body -- Coating Thickness Measurement --
Nondestructive, (18) Preserve Voids, (19) Clean and Inspect Sewage and
Grey Water Collection and Holding Tank(s), (20) Clean, Inspect, and
Disinfect Potable Water Tank(s), (21) Provide Temporary Messing, (22)

Renew, and Test Valves, (5) Remove, Inspect, and Reinstall Rudder
Assembly, (6) Renew Rudder, Bushing, (7) Renew Rudder Pintle Bushings,
(8) Overhaul Anchor Windlass Assembly -- 3.2.5 Overhaul Windlass
Motor, (9) Preserve Underwater Body "Condition A and B" (700 sqft and
Entire u/w body), (10) Preserve Sewage and Grey Water Collection and
Holding Tank(s), (11) Preserve Superstructure, (12) Preserve Potable
Water Tank(s), (13) Ultransonic Testing, and (14) Provide Additional
Temporary Logistics. Vessel's homeport is Port Huron, MI. There is no
geographical restrictions. Vessel's availability schedule is 30 JUNE
1998 for 56 calendar days. Vessel is a 180 Foot "C" Class Seagoing Buoy
Tender. All referenced documents are available for viewing at 300 East
Main Street, Suite 500, Norfolk, VA. A charge of $100.00 is required
in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the
U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All businesses, large and
small, are encouraged to submit bids for the subject requirements.
Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 23 MAR 98. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the
United States Coast Guard. Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT),
Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in
the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for
transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit is $500,000
