H -- U.S. ARMY CHEMICAL AGENT MUNITIONS DISPOSAL SYSTEM (CAMDS) STACK SAMPLING SOL DACA87-98-R-0009 DUE 041798 POC Contract Specialist, Kathy Wallace (205) 895-1145 (Site Code DACA87) Offerors shall provide (other than that provided by the Government) all labor, equipment, material, and supervision necessary to perform stack sampling, analytical, and technical support for performing trial burns on various incinerators at the U.S. Army Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (USACAMDS) Activity test site, located at the Deseret Chemical Depot (DCD), Tooele, Utah. This will be accomplished by the contractor documenting the performance of the incinerators while incinerating agent and/or various hazardous waste materials. Also, other sampling and analytical activities will be performed on other USACAMDS equipment. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with firm-fixed price delivery orders containing a base year and four one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this solicitation. A technical proposal will be required from all offerors. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 20 April 1998.
