Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7008, entitled "Notice of Evaluation Preference -- Construction Acquisition -- Test Program (APR 1996)". THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE FOR EACH COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. THIS AMOUNT IS TO BE DETERMINED AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE SOLICITATION (IFB) CBD.
