The construction dollar range for this project is $250,000-$500,000 under SIC 1541. The related small business size standard is $17.0 miillion. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. All work must be completed within 150 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications should be available on or about 20 March 1998 at the USPFO for Nevada Contracting Office, 2601 S. Carson St., Carson City, NV 89701-5596. Limited sets of bid documents will be made available on a "first come first serve" basis, until supply is exhausted. Bid documents can be obtained by written request, accompanied by a non-refundable check, in the amount of $50.00 made payable to the U.S. Treasury Department.
