Contractor shall open walls, floors, and ceilings as required to verify damper dimensions and accomplish the work. Contractor shall modify, fabricate, and install any ductwork required to do the work. Contractor to restore all areas after installation of new dampers with materials and finishes to match existing. Work includes the construction of a 1-hour rated chase around an existing duct running through the first and second floors. Only wrtten requests for solicitation will be honored.
