The work includes tear off of existing roof down to steel deck. It includes installing new tapered insulation, new flashing at monitors and roof curbs, and new single ply roof. The work also includes removal, repair, and replacement of existing aluminum coping. Provide a unit price to replace coping sections which cannot be repaired. As an alternate to the contract, the base bid includes replacement of all existing aluminum coping. Provide a unit price for replacement of up to 200 s.f. of damaged or rusted decking. Replace exterior wall panels at monitor of high courtroom space. Provide new flashing, gutters and downspouts at monitor roof. The work also includes installing one additional roof drain and tying it to existing storm drain system. Proposal will be due on or about Tuesday, April 28, 1998. Estimated start date is June 1, 1998. The estimated contract price is between $100,000.00 and $300,000.00.
