Allen, Contract Speacialist The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to negotiate with FU Associates, Inc. 2300 Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 1400 Arlington, Virginia 22201 for the updating of interstate expenditure flow estimates for 1996. In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 HCFA intends to negotiate to continue updating estimates of the migration factors for adjusting state expenditures by type of service including hospital care, physician services, nursing home care and prescription drugs from location of providers to location of beneficiary residence for the year 1996. These services were previously provided under contract no. 500-95-0035. These estimates are required to form the structure for providing health care expenditure information to be used by health policy makers and legislators over the United States.
