The Contractor shall also provide brace and amputee and spinal cord injury clinics at the following Navajo Area Indian Health Service hospitals/health centers: Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, Chinle, AZ; Fort Defiance Indian Hospital, Fort Defiance, AZ; Tuba City Indian Medical Center, Tuba City, AZ; Winslow Health Center, Winslow, AZ; and Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, NM.
