The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to negotiate a combination firm fixed price and time and material indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with Raytheon of Marlbourgh, MA on a sole source basis. The procurement includes the following firm fixed price commercial off-the-shelf items in accordance with FAR Part 12: The base year includes a maximum of 9 AN/WSC-6(V)5 Terminal Systems, 9 INCO kits, 9 OBRP kits, 4 repair kits. The base year also includes a maximum of 3 operators and maintainers factory training courses, 3 shipboard on the job training courses and 1 operator and maintainer VHS training video. Option I includes a maximum of 8 AN/WSC-6(V)5 Terminal Systems, 8 INCO kits, 8 OBRP kits, 4 repair kits. Option I also includes a maximum of 3 operators and maintainers factory training courses and 3 shipboard on the job training courses. Option II includes a maximum of 7 AN/WSC-6(V)5 Terminal Systems, 7 INCO kits, 7 OBRP kits, 4 repair kits. Option II also includes amaximum of 3 operators and maintainers factory training courses and 3 shipboard on the job training courses. The contractor will be required to supply COTS component manuals and COTS system level operator and maintainer manuals in support of the AN/WSC-6(V)5 Terminal Systems.
