This acquisition is subject to Government Cost Comparison in accordance with OMB A-76 cost comparison procedures. Contractors shall provide base Level Information Infrastructure (BLII) services for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Command, Guam Base Communications Office. Services include personnel necessary to support the operation, maintenance, administration, installation, and provisioning of a telecommunications network. In the interest of furthering competition under the anticipated acquisition, interested parties will be given an opportunity to review and submit comments regarding the Government's draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this effort. The draft PWS will be available on or about 20 April 1998. Any firm interested in reviewing and commenting on the draft PWS shall provide the following information no later than 27 March 1998; 1) Company Name, 2) Mailing Address, 3) Point of Contact, 4) Phone and Fax Number, 5) Business Size, and 6) E-mail address.
