The Government intends to issue a purchase order (specific make and model, using a written request for quotation) for a Liebert Site Scan 2000 Utility Monitoring System for United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. A Site Scan 2000 System is presently installed at USSTRATCOM. Operations need to be consolidated at the two sites into one manned location and one unmanned. This necessitates combining the monitoring at one location. USSTRATCOM also has five other "stand alone" Site Scan 2000 Systems which will in the near future be networked together to allow for central monitoring and alarming to better serve the mission requirements for critical utilities. Therefore, only the Liebert Site Scan 2000 Utility Monitoring System is acceptable.
