Maintenance services include furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation necessary to perform the work. The work consists of, but is not limited to, grass mowing and trimming, trash removal, landscaped area maintenance, trail maintenance, cleaning and sanitary maintenance of privies, comfort station, picnic shelters, changehouse,, recreation equipment and recreation areas.
