A -- DSWA SETA SUPPORT CONTRACT POC Carol Dickerson, Negotiator, (703) 325-1193, Scott Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to issue a solicitation to Logicon R&D Associates (RDA) under existing contract DNA001-93-C-0138 to extend the contract from its current end date of 30 Jul 98, to 31 Mar 99, an eight-month extension. Under the extension, R&D will continue to provide SETA support in accordance with current contract tasking, while DSWA undergoes a major reorganization. The extension will provide continued support during the time of transition in areas such as Hard Target Defeat, Counter-proliferation, CTBT, BMDO lethality technology project, DoE aircraft assessment study, etc. Based on RDA's exceptional expertise and responsiveness and their broad base of subcontractors and consultants, DSWA believes RDA is the only contractor capable of providing ongoing programmatic support functions and meeting varied and complex technical requirements within time and budgetary constraints.
