The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 5065 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Government anticipates a single firm-fixed price award to the responsible contractor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government considreing price and price related factors as follows: price, technical, delivery time and past performance which are equal in importance. If item is available on GSA Contract, provide contract no. with quote.The provision at FAR 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition as does DFARS 252.211-7003 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL.
