Engine. The required delivery schedule is 50 each 270 days after award
with subsequent deliveries of 50 each per month and FOB origin to
Texarkana, Texas. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements
in order to be eligible for award. Only approved sources who have
successfully completed the required engineering test(s) will be
considered for award of this flight safety part. Firms are encouraged
to seek source approval in order to compete for this or future
solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the
Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL) procedures. The proposed
contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not own
specifications or drawings. Acquisition is restricted to the only
approved source, General Electric Company, Aircraft Engine Business
Group, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01910. Authority and justification
