(915) 568-3572 (Site Code DOCSUP) Install 4 each 35,000 CFM Single Stage Air Washers on Buildings 1012 and 1013 and a 4500 CFM Master Cooler at Building 2911. Work detailed at Buildings 1012 and 1013 shall be accomplished in conjunction with a roofing replacement project under a separate contract. Scope of work involves the installation of Air Washers on existing roof frames. Replace all 4" X 4" timbers with treated lumber. Connect to existing electrical panels and water supply outlets. Install through existing duct openings, new ductwork same size as remove duct. The scope of work at Building 2911 is to install new 4500 CFM Master cool unit with 2 speed, 1/2 HP motor, rotating control switch (high/low cooling fan pump; high and low fan only). Cut roof install roof jack for ductwork, water proof roof penetration, install cooler stand, prime and paint. Existing ductwork will be used. Relocate thermostat to evaporative cooler on the south end of building. The SIC code is 1711 and the size standard is 17 million. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
