about March 26, 1998. Provide all labor, materials, equipment,
transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to perform exterior
repairs on building no.45, USCG Station, New London, CT. (New London,
County) Work includes removal of existing asphalt shingle roof and
provide and install new heavyweight laminated asphalt shingle roof with
new lead coated copper flashing; overlaying existing tongue and groove
roof decking with 5/8" thick plywood; masonry repairs to include
SELECTIVE repointing, SELECTIVE brick replacement, replacing/repairing
existing jack arches and steel lintels, new flashing and SELECTIVE
sill patching; residing seven dormers and a wood frame vent stack with
vinyl siding over new plywood sheathing, aluminum trim, and new wood
molding; apply sealant around windows as indicated and painting
miscellaneous wood trim. Performance period is ninety (90) days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. The SIC code is 1741. The cost range for
