The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, inspection, and other services necessary to operate the U.S. Army Research Laboratory Center Fitness Facility. It is expected that performance of this contract will require two full time contractor fitness personnel to be located at the fitness facility in Adelphi, Maryland. One of the contractor fitness personnel shall possess a masters degree, the other contractor personnel shall possess a bachelors degree, both degrees in one of the following: exercise physiology, health fitness management, or kinesiology. Contractor personnel shall be U.S. citizens or resident aliens. The resultant contract will have a basic period of performance of six months with four one year options. F.O.B. Destination.
