Contractor Support Services in support of the Government of Kuwait Security Assistance Liaison Offices. Support will provide technical and administrative support to provide and maintain Kuwait Security Assistance Liaison Offices to interface with the U.S. Navy and other U.S. DOD activities, in the procurement effort for the Kuwait F/A-18C/D aircraft and other military systems. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis. The procurement will be conducted on a "Best Value" basis requiring the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The contract will have a basic period of twelve(12) months with three(3) one-year options. The requirement is for an estimated 96,096 hours for the contract inclusive of options. The contemplated contract type is a cost plus fixed fee contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency in response to this solicitation.
