sole source simplified acquisition from Primagraphics LTD, New
Cambridge House, Litlington, Nr. Royston, Herts, England, to design and
integrate data fusion techniques into a centrally located processor
unit that interfaces with all available surveillance sensors and to
provide spare components and a hardware upgrade to the overall system
that will provide the ability to accept video input and hardware
support for the tuning of the tracker. Small Business firms classified
under SIC Code 5045 that are interested in proposing on this
requirement must demonstrate in writing, no later than fifteen days
from the date of this notice, that they had prior involvement in "Data
Fusion Development Platform (DFDP) Upgrade." Small Business Firms will
be REQUIRED to submit documentation in support of the above for
evaluation by the Government prior to receiving a quotation. A single
award will result from this solicitation. No telephone requests will be
accepted -- only writtenrequests for this solicitation will be accepted

informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of
Small and Business and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has
a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business
enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for
transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
