Royston, Herts, England, to design and integrate data fusion techniques into a centrally located processor unit that interfaces with all available surveillance sensors and to provide spare components and a hardware upgrade to the overall system that will provide the ability to accept video input and hardware support for the tuning of the tracker. Small Business firms classified under SIC Code 5045 that are interested in proposing on this requirement must demonstrate in writing, no later than fifteen days from the date of this notice, that they had prior involvement in "Data Fusion Development Platform (DFDP) Upgrade."
