Fabric shall be extra heavy weight 90% cotton, 10% polyester, reverse weave. Color will be silver gray. Sweatshirt shall have double thick attached hood with a drawstring and brass grommets. The drawstring shall be 100% cotton, round, of appropriate weight. The shirt shall have set in sleeves with seamless shoulders; ribbed cuffs and waistband; muff pockets, retroflective letters. Sweat pants shall have a drawstring elasticized waist with brass grommets for the drawstring casing. The drawstring shall be 100% cotton of appropriate weight. The pants shall have an extended crotch gusset and elasticized leg bottoms. Each garment shall be silk screened with retroflective strips -- Various sizes from XS through XXXL -- Fixed Price requirements contract with basic period and four (4) one year options.
