The Naval Air Systems Command anticipates a Fixed Price Contract for the modification of existing ES-3A AS-4148 and EP-3E OE-320 A and A/A ESM antennae to allow reception of horizontally and vertically polarized RF signals from B-band through J-band. The modification to the OE-320 A and A/A antennae should allow for conversion of the existing beam pattern to a vertical fan beam. The modifications should only impact the antenna reflector/feedhorn assembly. A maximum of thirty two (32) AS-4148, thirty six (36) OE-320 A, and twelve (12) OE-320 A/A antennae will be modified under this procurement. The modifications will be made in FY99 and FY00. A draft RFP and one on one discussions are anticipated. (0063)
