Work consists of furnishing equipment, personnel, supplies, materials and supervision, to perform various Exhibits fabrication assignments as ordered by individually issued Task Orders, at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)located at 7th & Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC and other NARA DC metropolitan area facilities. Estimated Cost Range:$5,000.00 to $2,335,000.00 over a five (5) year period (Base Year of 12 months and four (4) Option Years of twelve (12) months each). These EXHIBITS will DISPLAY priceless, irreplaceable documentary materials from collections of National Archives and other institutions. Expert care of all historical objects is a primary concern of the craftsmanship. The Contractor must also be required to observe special handling requirements for all original materials DISPLAYED IN THE exhibits. Tasks include fabrication EXHIBIT cases and structures, full service graphics, delivery and installation. The exact specifications will be included in the individual task orders. Technical Evaluation Criteria: Personnel -- 40 points; Company Qualifications/Past Performance -- 40 points; Physical Plant/Equipment -- 20 points. Indefinite Quality Contract, Total Small Business Set-Aside, SIC 7389, receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years do not exceed 5.0 million dollars.
