The work includes the removal of the existing built-up roofing and torch applied roofing system, including insulation. Install a new EPDM roofing system, ployisocyanarate insulation, all mechanically fastened and new coping/fascia. Removal of existing rooftop mechanical equipment, and closing openings with metal roof deck. A new roof, hatch and ladder, and caulking joints in existing precast wall panels. The work includes remova land reinstallation of the existing roof mounted lighting protection system. The solicitation will be issued March 24 1998. The Bid opening date will be Apr 23 1998. The SIC Code is 1761. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. The proposed contract is subject to the evaluation criteria set forth in DFAR 252.219-7008, Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvanataged Business Concerns, Construction Acquisition Test Program (APR 1996). Ther is a NON-REFUNDABLE charge for Plans and Specifications.
