T -- The U.S. Dept. of Commerce/NOAA/NMFS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Communications Collective to provide on-going publication services started in a previous requirement. In the previous requirement, the proposed contractor designed, illustrated, and edited a 300 page book (photo essay) by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) on U.S. Fisheries. In this requirement, the proposed contractor shall provide the design layout for a 350-400 page full color book (photo essay) by NMFS on "Neptune's Table: A View of America's Ocean Fisheries". Using the approved designs, the contractor shall work closely with the project personnel on placement of all photographic images, art and text, titling, and captioning. Other offerors that have the ability to provide this type of service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days from the date of this notice.
