The Fort Hood Directorate of Contracting is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of sources to provide a contractor team member to support the development of the Army Family Housing Privatization program at Fort Hood. The following are representative of tasks envisioned and are not all-inclusive: (1) develop project schedules, establish points of contact, attend project progress and policy meetings which Ft Hood staff might hold with local community representatives, prospective contractors, other government agencies, and members of proposal and source selection teams, (2) develop or assist in developing government response to taskers/milestones, (3) provide data management and analysis (may include schedule and cost analysis, project and program briefings, slides and workshops on an as-needed basis), (4) assist Ft Hood in performing economic analyses, (5) assist in gathering and verifying data required to evaluate the project (6) conduct detailed briefings to civilian and government audiences to explain the Capitalization Venture Initiative (CVI) program and process. Personnel proposed must have extensive relevant experience in Army Family Housing facilities regulations, policies, procedures and organizational structures. Contractor team member must be able to determine the essential features and relationships existing in all Army family housing facilities programs, and must be capable of working unsupervised in studying, developing, and providing creative improvement to the program.
