We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Youth Center's Family Spring Fling/Easter Egg Scramble to be held on 11 April 1998 at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The event will be open to all military youth and families on the base. This is approximately 12,000 members. We are requesting for sponsorship or in-kind donations for plastic eggs, candy to fill the eggs, easter baskets and other prizes to give out to the children. Ages will range from 2 years to 16 years of age. We will allow the sponsor to set up a booth and information or display banners, etc. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than 1 April 1998. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government.
