The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission intends to negotiate a sole source, simplified acquisition award to Pilot Software, Inc. for a software maintenance and license renewal for the Pilot Command Center Plus Developer (2 copies) and Command Center Plus Users (240 copies). The proposed license renewal and maintenance offered by Pilot Software, Inc. provides for upgrades, (new releases and corrections) technical support and enhancements, and training seminars related to this proprietary software. Pilot Software develops and maintains all new information and upgrades. The Command Center Software is proprietary and no other vendor can provide the required maintenance service. The required license renewal and maintenance is necessary to ensure software integrity and continued use.
